Flexibility and affordability
Very happy with the friendly service, however the process took too long as we had a 5 hour drive to get the vehicle home. I think the old cover note system was better at time of purchase.

too much uncertainty around quotes pricing
tried to do a quote came eback hi price did another quote came back cheaper couldn't even get a lower price being an employee of hollard - quote given was higher than what i got online even after discount taken out for being an employee

I wanted to cancel my policy as I sold my car but I was made to wait a month before the cancellation becomes effective rather than refunding me the amount just been deducted.
