This is the first time I am with Real Insurance. This policy placed through online. all documents were received quickly through mail as requested . happy, if we get a reminder sticker to past in the car with renewal date

It was ok. However I find it difficult to understand overseas employees sometimes. I buy on price and have been a customer for many years. As yet I am pleased to say I have not had to claim for many years and I hope if I do have to claim it will be easy.

We had 2 vehicles completely destroyed in garage fire recently and Real Insurance were very quick to deal with our claims. Very much appreciated service and updates from staff. Consequently we have insured our new vehicles with them.

while price was competitive, service was non-existent.
You are thieves. Particularly during these trying times. I swap (sell) a car for another, but you still charge for both (despite the fact that I do not even own or have access to the vehicle I have to continue paying for it). how is this even justified. Currently looking to move to another supplier (includes House / contents and 2 cars)

It was easy, but the most importantly was the prices which are lower than other insurance providers with the same or similar condition.
the website was easy to understand, navigate and fill out my info. I like I was able to self service without anyone calls up after 5 minutes of finishing a quote. It was streamline and efficiency to me.

I don’t agree with the exclusion on minor claims. But the price is really good. Road assist should be more easy going.
The stars are for Siobhan pron, shivon. She was excellent. Really thoroughly helpful. . The first girl I spoke to was hopeless she kept spelling Nicole Nycole with a y. Which is dumb. I thought I was calling os....The road assist woman did not sound friendly but solved my problem.
