Satisfied with the price, just not the service.
It took too long for the payment to be charged to my c/card. I had to make 2 extra phone calls to chase this up. Was told by the last person that they would phone me back in a few days. They did not. Eventually I saw my card had been charged. It was all too hard and stressful.

I'm new to Real Insurance. My opnion of Real Insurance can only be made once it's time to make a claim. Till then, Real Insurance is an unknown quantity to me. I hope my experience is a positive one.

I was very happy with the deal I got. Great customer service on the phone too - I phoned twice with questions and my calls were answered promptly both times and I got good customer service both times.
