Easy to get a quote and set up online. I haven’t had to make a claim yet though so I don’t know how good Real is to deal with once a claim is made.

Because the payment was not processed, I had to call, then to be told it would be taken on the day of commencement. If I had been emailed that, I wouldn't have had the stress and then having to call and waste your staff time. Then when the payment hit my credit card, I was not even sent an email or a receipt to confirm. Again, I was worried about the policy being valid. I now know it is, but it all could have been avoided.
I'm not impressed that I was not sent/emailed a receipt for the payment.

Price was the same as others and we don't need to move our insurance.
Wanted to change over my cover and after 30min on the phone was told that it could not get done and had to do a full application. Think that staff should know this before wasting my time.

only paying for Kilometers you actually use good idea being more flexible in regards to excess so as to be able to provide a more reasonable price
