it was cheap, no other factors made it attractive.
I was promised a refund within 5 working days - to offset the overcharge which you took immediately. that refund is still pending. While your telephone operators make promises and try to sound very helpful on the phone, there is a consistent zero action going on in the background. To this extent the telephone operators are portrayed as lying. I will be searching for another supplier.

poor service, and an explanation about the policy should be sent out - a hard copy to help customer understand what they applied and paying for, instead of expecting customers to sign up without a hardcopy evidence provisioned.

I did not purchase a Policy from Real. Please get your facts straight. Please read previous comments for all the facts.
I am not a Real insurance customer. I initially enquired re changes to my Australian Seniors Car Insurance Policy and was given a policy with Real unbeknown to me until I received a welcome email from Real. I immediately responded to Real by phone to correct the error made by your representative. After two more phone calls the error was rectified. Not only was the Real policy more expensive but it omitted details that was originally on the Australian Seniors Policy. I feel this was a massive error on behalf of your representative that may have lead to unnecessary expense and inconvenience for me should I have not followed up on this incompetence.
