After my experience I will go elsewhere and advise other people to do the same. Any company that thinks it is perfectly fine to have the monies for 2 complete policies whilst one is cancelled doesn’t deserve to have anyone’s business.
They can improve by promptly refunding monies that can be done anywhere immediately but currently I have been out of pocket for nearly a month. Considering they had the details to debit a new policy immediately but could not use that same card to refund is disgusting and then after I chased it up they told me it had been processed but the card was expired and they need a new expiry which they had and it would take another 10 working days on top of what I had already waited. At no time did they contact me to explain the problem.

Disappointed in the amount of time taken to settle the claim.
My 75 year old mother has been waiting 5 weeks for a settlement letter following her car being deemed a total loss. It took 4 weeks to receive the payout and we STILL don't have the settlement letter which is required by the RMS. Ridiculous!
