By doing what they are supposed to do , I got charged for a policy that was supposed to be cancelled 3 weeks before it’s due date , it was replaced with a new one which I was also charged for , than your service staff wanted to cancel that one and charge me more for a new one , finally after 20 days it was fixed , will I renew again ?NO
