I have been customer with real insurance for 3yrs and was happy until I got this new policy for which I got a quote for my car online and called service team to buy the same .but I was told that they don't know how I got the quote and gave me email address to write to. I had an automated email saying the quote is not valid... I am feeling bad that I will be paying $ 10 more every month...

Satisfied with the price, just not the service.
It took too long for the payment to be charged to my c/card. I had to make 2 extra phone calls to chase this up. Was told by the last person that they would phone me back in a few days. They did not. Eventually I saw my card had been charged. It was all too hard and stressful.
