I didn't compare it with any other insurer providing pay as you drive, but I was happy with the premium.
Simple and easy process to obtain car insurance online. Pay as you drive option not available with previous insurer, and the premium was very reasonable.

Please ring me But if an annual policy of $992 is due in June We buy a new car in march and policy is $1300 Then 2 weeks later $1100 is taking from account But no emails showing why and the difference

I now have both my vehicles comprehensively insured with Real Insurance. It is not the 'cheapest' cover available but I'm content with the terms & conditions of the Policy. I would (& do) recommend Real Insurance to family & friends.

Initial customer experience was great. However, there was a spelling error in my surname on the documentation I received via email and I asked for this to be corrected. However somehow this led to my email address being changed to the wrong spelling (it was correct to begin with) and I've been receiving mail instead of email since, even after it was changed back to the correct spelling again. I updated the odometer reading the day prior to the policy starting and advised the financing had now been paid out, this then led to 2 more policy docs being mailed to me and both still didn't contain the most up to date details. Not the best start after the first call & policy arrangement went so well.
