Initial customer experience was great. However, there was a spelling error in my surname on the documentation I received via email and I asked for this to be corrected. However somehow this led to my email address being changed to the wrong spelling (it was correct to begin with) and I've been receiving mail instead of email since, even after it was changed back to the correct spelling again. I updated the odometer reading the day prior to the policy starting and advised the financing had now been paid out, this then led to 2 more policy docs being mailed to me and both still didn't contain the most up to date details. Not the best start after the first call & policy arrangement went so well.

The rate I've got is much better than I usually pay. I even recommended Real Insurance to my cousin and to work colleagues. Actually, my other work colleague is insured with you, so I checked it out and I'm happy with the quote!

I had trouble finding out more information about the 'pay as you drive' option online so I called to speak with someone about it and didn't really get the answers I was looking for. Other than that, everything else was great.
