The fact that the fees are a bit higher than other policies, I have accepted this as I do have choices as I get older and those choices give me 150% of my money at age 85, and a 5% reduction in fees every 5 years. Seems a good deal to me.
Customer service was very prompt and had all the knowledge that I needed without waiting. They also listened to what I had to say and answered my queries with sensible explanations and assistance.

The whole plan was exactly what we wanted.
I would certainly recommend Real for the ultra fast connection once I showed interest, the time was within half an hour. The person who took us through all the information did so in an clear way, answering all our questions, she patiently went through the material with myself and my husband. We had not planned on getting the insurance immediately however the sales person was so efficient and clarified everything that we felt comfortable in signing up with Real right then and there. Thank you. Also on the basis that my mother had funeral insurance with Real and when she passed Real payed out the funeral cost immediately with no hassels..

The service was eccellent. The customer service lady was polite and knowledgeable. Your ins. Cover is much more inclusive than Ins. Line who i am presently with. Infact I thought For along time that i wasalreadys with you. The company names are so similar. I wish i had realised sooner.
