I liked the fact that the premium would stay the same and reduce 5% every 5 years. And as time goes on the $7000 would increase.
I called to enquire about a policy which sounded good, then I rang my current insurer,and they offered something different, so I was going to cancel this policy, but Maree advised me to stay with your policy and offered me 1 month free, $100 gift card. And pointed out that the amount would be more than $7000 in the future.

I tried to explain that I didn't want to purchase this policy in the first place as I was happy with the one that I had but they sent it anyway, plus this one was $10 dearer than what I already had. I was also offered extra things I didn't need, nor could really afford.
OK they were helpful I suppose, but I felt like I was being pressured and was railroaded into it.
