You are more expensive than a competitor who offers the same policy
While you are more expensive than a competitor I phoned ... WHO OFFERED ALMOST TO THE WORD AN IDENTICAL POLICY ... I have had comprehensive motor vehicle insurance with Real (Hollard) for several years and can not say I have EVER had an issue with claims or dealing with your customer service people. In addition, Joel (your Customer Service Rep) has excellent people skills. He put across the features, advantages & benefits of the REAL policy in a manner which I felt was natural. As a 45+ year veteran of sales / sales management, I didn't feel his spiel was anything but truthful. Joel also answered my questions honestly and thoroughly.

Great cover options with a lifetime cover
The operator was extremely friendly & sensitive to the fact I had just lost a family member which prompted me to look at funeral insurance. She was not pushy and took the time to answer my questions and explain the cover.

I have been a member with real insurance for a year with Life Insurance and now decided to have funeral Insurance with real also as they are cheaper then any other company and to get some money back after being with Real for 1 year and to receive card voucher, bonus. I have always been treated well over the phone l have no complaints. Thank you Real

I'd actually signed up for funeral insurance about 1/2 hr earlier than your ph call, it was $10 more, I'm cancelling the other policy
