The young man was very efficient. When I got a little confused he would explain in a different way. No one wants to be on the phone half of the day and he kept reassuring me that it wouldn’t take long to process my application. A well trained and valued team member I’m sure.

Customer service was like a semi-trained robot. It surely must be hard to be selling insurance in today's economic climate. I knew what i wanted but it took sooo long to get a policy that i asked for - i can offer you this, what about that etc etc ? Had to ask many times to get to the amount that i can afford.
