i only asked for a quote but at the end of the call i bought an insurance. i was told to call if i want it cancelled. i called to cancel and was advise to make it in writing to cancel the insurance. it wasted my time and your agents time thus 2 star for service.

Tried to cancel a policy and was advised i would get a call back 24-48 hours, this is appalling.
