I'm sure I'd give it five stars if this question was given to me twelve months down the track, but for now - the product is well-priced, seems to cover a lot and the addition of a child is a nice consideration - despite us never wanting to have it be necessary.
Charlie was excellent. Thorough, helpful and explained clearly everything he said. He was also able to clarify where necessary. Your script is well-developed despite a lot of technical wording, and Charlie was able to convey the message very well!
