Far too expensive, especially compared with other premium insurance companies for same product.
The agent who I spoke with was excellent, knowledgeable, professional, discreet, patient and it was she, not your company, product or price (which is a lot higher than the NRMA, who I was originally going to go with), who I made my decision on, to go with your company for both my partner and myself.
