For a start had someone who understood and spoke Australian. Very pleasant in explaining the product. The down side is the misleading info re the wait period. It says 30 days and 90 days, it should say 60 days and 120 days as this is the actual wait period before you receive any benefit.

I thought they were very good and to my satisfaction.
As a very first client in taking out funeral insurance real insurance service was five star service in my first experience with real insurance,i hope they continue with there great service and don"t disappoint,phone service was brilliant thankyou.

Wasn't cheap as the the ads allude to
Seeing the ads on TV I was under the impression it would be quick and cheap, well it certainly wasn't with the barrage of questions that seemed to go on and on and then it wasn't cheap like they allude to on the TV. I have since found cheaper insurance through my super and will be cancelling the REAL Insurance policy.
