Read the first review, very disappointing
I was extremely disappointed that no one was able to assist me on a public holiday when i was picking up my car from the dealership. I was told by David all I need to do was state my name and my quote would be available for anyone at REAL to view and action my policy as promised, I was also charged an extra $30+ as I did not receive the online discount. Extremely disappointing

I switched from one policy to another when I changed my address. It was all made very easy to understand. The chap on the other end of the phone knew what he was doing without a script so therefore I was confident with what I purchased
