My rating is not directly related to Customer Service Officers. They tried their best and I do appreciate that. My issue was with the online system setup penalizing drivers at no fault the same way as drivers at fault by 50% premium increase. I was not satisfied with explanation sent to me by email. A couple days later when I was looking for policy with other insurance companies I discovered by chance that my quote has been readjusted and the 50% premium increase disappeared. I do not understand why Real Insurance has not contacted me with the information. In took the policy because it suites me but I suppose Real lost many customers due to the system setup.

It was what we were looking for.
We were very pleased with the service received, made us feel that Real Insurance really care about their customers and the great service doesn't stop as soon as the policy is bought and paid for. We will be buying soon another policy for our second car and will highly recommend Real Insurance to the rest of the family and friends.

Paying for roadside assist but no phone number to use it. So paid for product I can’t use.
Spam increased immediately as I paid fir policy. Was hacked as soon as I paid for policy. Did not disclose additional excesses until after purchase. No phone number fir roadside assist listed anywhere. The only phone number listed isn’t 24/7 so if needing roadside,, isn’t going to be any use so paying for product that I can’t use.
