Actually cancelled the insurance as the premium provided was more than twice the cost of other insurers. I don't the person on the phone whom I spoke to did not know what they were doing or didn't understand the information I was providing as they didn't speak very good English.

Excellent customer service. Professional, really listened to my questions and gave me relevant, easy to understand information that enabled me to make a decision quickly and confidently. My original intention was to leave Real Insurance as I was out shopping for the best deal. However, I realised that my insurance with RI was still very competitive and they helped me to find a couple of ways to tweek my car insurance to my current (changed) needs which actually saved me money. And saved me hours of comparing quotes and the small print from other insurance companies. Why change if you don't have to.
