Good extras available at competitive rates. Agreed value available for older cars. Price comparison on the website was significantly cheaper than the policy renewal offered.
Online price comparison had a significant difference to the renewal I was sent. Couldn't find all of the features that I needed online so I had to call to ask questions. The representative I spoke with was very difficult to understand and was quite apathetic and wasn't very easy to follow or deal with. I would say he didn't really care much for his job. This was off putting and as a result I tried to persist with my quote and policy myself. If I couldn't figure it out, I was going to go with an insurer who had an easier to navigate website and better trained staff who were more perceptive to customers questions and needs. Prices are competitive and they offer agreed value on older cars.

Would like to have been offered or have available the option to retain vehicle if written off.
The 1st response from female operator was useless, spelt my name and email address incorrectly after repeating details. Had to call back next day to ask where my paperwork was. The 2nd response the next day from male operator was extremely helpful and adjusted all errors.
