The 1st person that I dealt with on 21/7 morning was good. However, the 2nd person I dealt with in the afternoon of the same day to modify the policy was not great, rude & initially not willing to help. The policy is to be started on 29/7, but he said that it will start on 11:59pm 29/7 which I told him that was not correct & should be 11:59pm or midnight 28/7/21. He was not willing to admit his mistake either - not good customer service. I requested the modified policy to be emailed to me, to which he confirmed the email address..., however still had not received the next day 22/7. I then had to make another call on 22/7, and the person that I dealt with was great & emailed it out straight away.

I was very happy with the deal I got. Great customer service on the phone too - I phoned twice with questions and my calls were answered promptly both times and I got good customer service both times.

Flexibility and affordability
Very happy with the friendly service, however the process took too long as we had a 5 hour drive to get the vehicle home. I think the old cover note system was better at time of purchase.

Read the first review, very disappointing
I was extremely disappointed that no one was able to assist me on a public holiday when i was picking up my car from the dealership. I was told by David all I need to do was state my name and my quote would be available for anyone at REAL to view and action my policy as promised, I was also charged an extra $30+ as I did not receive the online discount. Extremely disappointing
