Need to cancel the existing policy from pay as you drive to a standard insurance and do it OL someone rang about the OL and processed it. Better experience with the local centre but the process did take a long time
Call to the call centre on Monday was frustrating as asked if someone within Australia could call us back and he said someone would call us but waited and never happened.

pricing was good, flexible. very dissapointed they wouldn't offer me home and contents insurance,
excellent pricing on car insurance, however they weren't interested in offering me home and contents insurance. dissapointed to find that out immediately after paying up front for car insurance.

I think the purchase process is smooth and its price is similar to those in the market right now but because they have high ratings, I'd rather pay a little bit more if necessary.
I found this insurance company online and their reviews were so good that I am giving this a try. Customer service is very good and you can feel that they are willing to help you. Will need to see further when it comes to claims if any. So far so good.
