Easy to get a quote and set up online. I haven’t had to make a claim yet though so I don’t know how good Real is to deal with once a claim is made.
Very quick phone call (I wasn’t out on hold at all). Super easy to understand and they answered my query efficiently.

rates are much the same as other companies so decided to remain with real insurance .
Having lodged all details in a morning phone call I had to ring back with odometer reading which I subsequently did but had to go through the whole detail thing again only to find my new address had not been recorded as requested therefore I had to ring again to have my details recorded up to date and had to go through verification palaver once more. Your system is a very long drawn out process which must make it extremely difficult for elderly people,.

Good price, good cover, monthly payments.
Operator very pleasant and helpful. I already had existing policies with Real and because I've been very satisfied I rang you for a new policy without even checking elsewhere. Keep up the good work, cheers.

I had $500 of value left on my existing policy. You made me go through the process of paying for the new policy and having to wait for a refund. You know as well as I that I should have been able to transfer the amount to my new policy. Train your people!!!

Good value for money but slow service
I wanted a simple quote for a new car and was kept on the phone for 1.5 hours which I thought was far too long. The operator on the other line kept asking me same questions over and over which I found annoying.
