Premiums are fair and the options you have to change your premium to suit your own circumstances, such as the 'pay as you drive' option, are plentiful. (This is coming from a P- plate-er).
Excellent website. Concise, easy to use/ navigate and the process for obtaining a policy was very straight forward. I was recommended Real Insurance by a family member and would happily recommend it to anyone in the future.

Do not apreciate paying significantly more for insurance the day before my birthday as opposed to a few days after it (A year older on paper). Even after explaining it to the operator. Otherwise the insurance is reasonably priced.

Easy process, value for money it would seem.
The process to take out a car insurance policy was straightforward. The policy had good coverage and a competitive price. Whether your service is "good" will be determined if I ever have to make a legitimate claim.

eager to sign up new policies but will not care about you once you're their customer or if you put in a claim.
Quick to answer calls for new policies but will not respond to your queries when you put in a claim. I've now made multiple calls to follow up my claim, which are never answered as they're always facing 'a high volume of calls', sent emails but haven't had any response. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
