As above customer service very poor
We had to cancel the policy and the operator said our money would be refunded and he would organise that only to find out 2 days later that it was not done, so we are still waiting for a refund of over $550. Quick to take our money, but cannot refund in a timely manner. Call centre in South Africa why not in our own country.. Been over a week and still waiting for refund

I put 4 star because I have never claimed anything from this policy, but so far everything else been 5 star.
Customer care is pretty good. Needed some changes and they completed it fast. In my experience I pay much less compared to others too.

Customer service needs to accept online quotes when...

Had to speak to 3 different people who all told me that over the phone payments cannot be acted upon for online quotes. Needed to call as website wasn't accepting non-credit card payments, and they couldn't bring up the online quote to apply the discount. This delayed the payment as I had to organise a replacement atm bank card as mine wasn't a debit/credit card. Customer service should be able to process any form of payment including online quotes and honour the discount.

Thus far, it seems very good.
The woman I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and very helpful. I was able to get all the insurance sorted that I needed to.
