I had $500 of value left on my existing policy. You made me go through the process of paying for the new policy and having to wait for a refund. You know as well as I that I should have been able to transfer the amount to my new policy. Train your people!!!

Not real impressed that the statement I got for my renewal was heaps more than the quote I got online and that is even with a higher agreed value. You should do your customers right and not make them double check your honesty on policy costs

Excellent value for money
I paid for a new monthly policy on the 17th with my credit card. On the 23rd I get a message saying you could not process my payment. Imagine my surprise when the money was out of my account but your operator told me you take 3 days to process payments. Even that time frame does not add up

Because the payment was not processed, I had to call, then to be told it would be taken on the day of commencement. If I had been emailed that, I wouldn't have had the stress and then having to call and waste your staff time. Then when the payment hit my credit card, I was not even sent an email or a receipt to confirm. Again, I was worried about the policy being valid. I now know it is, but it all could have been avoided.
I'm not impressed that I was not sent/emailed a receipt for the payment.
