The online component was easy to navigate, however when I tried to call I was on hold for over half an hour before I hung up - twice. It turns out all the information was online so I didn't need to call in the end, but would have been nice if a person had been able to respond to my queries.

It was easy, but the most importantly was the prices which are lower than other insurance providers with the same or similar condition.
the website was easy to understand, navigate and fill out my info. I like I was able to self service without anyone calls up after 5 minutes of finishing a quote. It was streamline and efficiency to me.
