Yes I am NOT IMPRESSED about there telephone operators, they were given specific instructions and NEVER listened to what I said . As a businessman I find this type of behaviour very ordinary.

I did an online enquiry for full comprehension insurance with real, quote was $90 cheaper and the agreed value was $1200 more than nrma could offer and I have been with NRMA for 9 years

R/I took out a direct debit from my credit card after I cancelled the policy then I was told they couldn’t reimburse me because the credit card had expired but they took $842 out of an expired card. I had to wait 5 days to get my money back after a week still no money l rang and was told they tried to reimburse me but couldn’t because they didn’t have the correct expirey date I will have to wait another week to get my money back. NOT HAPPY JAN.

Until I claim Real Insurance remains un unkown quatity.
I'm new to Real Insurance. My opnion of Real Insurance can only be made once it's time to make a claim. Till then, Real Insurance is an unknown quantity to me. I hope my experience is a positive one.
