after moving my new policy premium quote more than doubled, with no reason given for it, and no understanding of it exhibited by telephone support team
Emails must be properly dealt with, and in accordance with the auto-email that is sent after sending emails in. I had an old policy renewed when it was not supposed to be, an old international credit card charged when I had asked it not to be, and a new policy that had been quoted, not actually started when I wrote in to accept the quote. That is exceptionally poor.

Please ring me But if an annual policy of $992 is due in June We buy a new car in march and policy is $1300 Then 2 weeks later $1100 is taking from account But no emails showing why and the difference
