It was what we were looking for.
We were very pleased with the service received, made us feel that Real Insurance really care about their customers and the great service doesn't stop as soon as the policy is bought and paid for. Because the payment was not processed, I had to call, then to be told it would be taken on the day of commencement. If I had been emailed that, I wouldn't have had the stress and then having to call and waste your staff time. Then when the payment hit my credit card, I was not even sent an email or a receipt to confirm. Again, I was worried about the policy being valid. I now know it is, but it all could have been avoided.
I'm not impressed that I was not sent/emailed a receipt for the payment.
