When my car was written off recently they were very helpful and went as far as to give me the option for write off as it was going ‘to be close’. They also made the effort to get in touch before I left to go overseas so that it could settle while I was away.

Bought insurance for my car yesterday. Very easy online application and format. Easily completed and confirmed.
Last night I went online and paid for annual Third Party Property, Fire & Theft cover, for my car, to start 15th May. This morning, I called Real to confirm that I did NOT need my current Comprehensive Insurance to be renewed after 15th May. Everything was completed smoothly and without and fuss or delay. Very professional.
