The premiums should have been lower.
Waited on phone for half an hour before talking to someone. Wanted to know why my insurance had gone up so much since last year as I drove fewer kilometres and insured sum gone down. In the end you cancelled my old Policy and gave me a new Policy to replace it to give me a better deal when it should have been automatically done as I did not have any claims.

Excellent customer service. Professional, really listened to my questions and gave me relevant, easy to understand information that enabled me to make a decision quickly and confidently. My original intention was to leave Real Insurance as I was out shopping for the best deal. However, I realised that my insurance with RI was still very competitive and they helped me to find a couple of ways to tweek my car insurance to my current (changed) needs which actually saved me money. And saved me hours of comparing quotes and the small print from other insurance companies. Why change if you don't have to.
