My car was ridden off during the latest hail storm I had to go to the hail assessment centre,they were very professional and caring,I had my hire car bought to my front door and my claim was paid out in the timespan real told me it would be. The whole process was made as easy for me as possible.I have already insured my new car with real and will continue to do so in the future,keep up the good work.D.Jones

Got what I was after on agreed value where as others would not. Easy to apply but real "proof of the pudding" as they say will be down the line IF, the need ever arises to claim.
Vehicle insurance sign up was pleasant and easy over phone, couldn't be done online for my particular situation.

I had my policies cancelled for some reason besides one Tried to resolve issue with house policy but didn't want to know about it Had to go and fine another resolution with another company
