First took out insurance before I went to pick up new car but when I rang thru odometer reading was told you can’t change original policy there had to go thru process again at car yard. A bit annoying first girl didn’t know that

Competitive price but the agreed value was laughable on my last car. I paid particular attention to this aspect when taking a new policy

Good product and a very competitive price.
Very easy website to use. Good price and value and option for monthly if needed + choice of policy for lower travelled kms. Would highly recommend them.

the price was the cheapest on the market for my level of service i was looking for and so I signed on the dotted line
I haven't actually spoken to any body over the phone which is why I scored average. All my service was done over the internet and price matching. I looked into comparing the prices and found that Real insurance was in the price range I was looking for.

Horrendous processes and staff. thieves!

Charged me for two policies on one vehicle.
Horrendous. Dealing with call centers who cannot action things correctly - over charging and not processing refunds correctly. Had I not checked this and followed it up twice, Real Insurance would have stolen $600 from me for nothing! I’m heading to the regulator now.
