We were replacing an existing policy, but we had to go through long painful question process - Even the Car saleslady thought it ridiculous to have to endure such a process. Must have taken 10 or even 15 minutes, but it felt like an Hour!!

The online quote process was really simple. The ability to modify the amount of km's driven in the less than 5000 km range is smart. Given I'm driving less than 2000km.
