Disappointed in the amount of time taken to settle the claim.
My 75 year old mother has been waiting 5 weeks for a settlement letter following her car being deemed a total loss. It took 4 weeks to receive the payout and we STILL don't have the settlement letter which is required by the RMS. Ridiculous!
