poor service, and an explanation about the policy should be sent out - a hard copy to help customer understand what they applied and paying for, instead of expecting customers to sign up without a hardcopy evidence provisioned.

Competitive price and love the option of Pay As You Drive insurance. I can control the amount of premium I pay and still get the full desired cover. Smart move Real.
Isn't too early for a rating. Unless you wanted me to rate the online purchase experience. In that case it was great purchasing the insurance was smooth. Thank you.
