eager to sign up new policies but will not care about you once you're their customer or if you put in a claim.
Quick to answer calls for new policies but will not respond to your queries when you put in a claim. I've now made multiple calls to follow up my claim, which are never answered as they're always facing 'a high volume of calls', sent emails but haven't had any response. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
