First took out insurance before I went to pick up new car but when I rang thru odometer reading was told you can’t change original policy there had to go thru process again at car yard. A bit annoying first girl didn’t know that

poor service, and an explanation about the policy should be sent out - a hard copy to help customer understand what they applied and paying for, instead of expecting customers to sign up without a hardcopy evidence provisioned.
