We were replacing an existing policy, but we had to go through long painful question process - Even the Car saleslady thought it ridiculous to have to endure such a process. Must have taken 10 or even 15 minutes, but it felt like an Hour!!

I have never used pay as you drive and have concerns about whether it will suit me. I feel I should not be penalised for driving more, which is essentially what this product does, but am in a constrained financial position being disabled and on a pension, so have little choice but to try it and hope I do not need to buy additional kilometers. However, the person who assisted me was wonderful.

Real insurance gave me options for the car where every other insurance company were asking double the money I am happy with t he advice they were nice to talk too.
