Because the payment was not processed, I had to call, then to be told it would be taken on the day of commencement. If I had been emailed that, I wouldn't have had the stress and then having to call and waste your staff time. Then when the payment hit my credit card, I was not even sent an email or a receipt to confirm. Again, I was worried about the policy being valid. I now know it is, but it all could have been avoided.
I'm not impressed that I was not sent/emailed a receipt for the payment.
