Eventually got the required result after an hour on the phone trying to explain the situation. You need to improve the system functionality around the method of insuring based on Km's. I had to cancel my policy and set up a new one due to the system limitations.

Not only cheaper than every other company for comparative insurance but then was told about multi policy discount then it even cheaper and unlike one competitor you did not charge an $80 penalty for monthly payments
