HOW CAN I RATE THIS SERVICE WHEN I HAVEN'T RECIEVED A COPY IN MY EMAIL LIKE I WAS TOLD IF THIS IS HOW YOU DO BISNESS I WILL CANCAL AND GO ELSE WHERE YOU HAVE TILL THE END OF MONDAY 4TH JUNE IF YOU WANT ME ON BOARD. OR I AM GOING ELSE WHERE.

Good prices on policies .
Don't just expect people to want to take out a policy with you, You start by asking a few questions and then before you know it "BAM we'll send out your policy to you in the next 3 - 5 working days", Try asking the customer if they want the cover first.
