Alfred was exceptional in answering all my Questions and informing me off everything in the policy, was even able to speak, lovly phone manner even after 2 calls back to him to speak about policy.Compared to other insurers, fully explained everything, if i didnt understand or asked several questions, they simplified it and made it easy to understand,Excellent service and cant go wrong with the policy,will be recommending to family and friends. I'd actually signed up for funeral insurance about 1/2 hr earlier than your ph call, it was $10 more, I'm cancelling the other policy
