I have had great customer service from Real Insurance every time I have needed to contact them. I love the low rates for premium cover and the fast simple way of signing up or changing details. I cannot comment on a claim as I have never needed to but if the service I have received so far is anything to go by, I'm sure if I needed to make a claim, it too would be easy.

I was not giving the option of monthly payments. Whole amount debit .
