I have been a customer of Real for 12 months. They sent me a policy renewal, 15% higher than my previous year's premium. When I rang to see if they could match the premium advertised on the net for new customers, the customer assistant was unable to help. I've had much better assistance from other insurers in the past.

as i have moved to a new address the transition should be seamless ha ha . and being right on xmas nothing is active. As it should be. but moving to a new unit one must consider contents insurance. or a cover note. but no home phone' no email. so one must use the mobile to contact real insurance because you were our previous insurer at 211 cygnet drive Berkeley vale. in short I made at least 8 attempts to contact you during the first week but for some reason your computerized rubbish system refused to acknowledge my dial tones. guess what the consequences would be if this place had caught on fire. I think you need to update/upgrade your welcome to real insurance system so that potential customers can apply for insurance with confidence 24/7 cheers. joy hall.
