Policy explained very well and took time to answer my questions
Eventually got good help. The first customer service officer told me my question was too difficult. Second attempt I got out through to three different officers and finally I got very good help but it took three phone calls for something that I thought would occur often. I do have praise for the short wait time though. This is very encouraging to stay with Real

When I called to discuss possible discounts for my multiple policies as I do every year, the person said he can apply only very minimum discount but will talk to another department to contact me with revised pricing. it has been more than a month and no one has contacted me

as i have moved to a new address the transition should be seamless ha ha . and being right on xmas nothing is active. As it should be. but moving to a new unit one must consider contents insurance. or a cover note. but no home phone' no email. so one must use the mobile to contact real insurance because you were our previous insurer at 211 cygnet drive Berkeley vale. in short I made at least 8 attempts to contact you during the first week but for some reason your computerized rubbish system refused to acknowledge my dial tones. guess what the consequences would be if this place had caught on fire. I think you need to update/upgrade your welcome to real insurance system so that potential customers can apply for insurance with confidence 24/7 cheers. joy hall.

Originally great but policy was cancelled
After years of being a loyal customer I found Real had cancelled my house and contents policy. I had given permission to double charge if my account had insufficient funds. I'm sure I was notified by email, after switching to email, I just do better with a call or hard copy post for important issues like cancelling my policy. Now Real won't re-insure me....but will happily insure my second property.....
