I called Real Insurance to arrange for contents insurance and the staff member I spoke with, Amanda, was incredibly helpful; she was extremely patient, answered all my questions, saved me a lot of time if I had to conduct my own research, provided me with more coverage than expected, and made the entire process easy and relatable. Real are unquestionably a reputable organisation, and I now have piece of mind knowing that my things are protected. They come highly recommended.

The product is a tad expensive.
My interaction with your consultant was friendly and helpful and gave me the information I wanted...unlike another two companies that I contacted whose consultants I could not understand and who were reading from a script and couldn't answer questions.

Service good. There are a few annoying minor deficiencies in the Landlord Insurance Policy, but it's certainly better than many others.

as i have moved to a new address the transition should be seamless ha ha . and being right on xmas nothing is active. As it should be. but moving to a new unit one must consider contents insurance. or a cover note. but no home phone' no email. so one must use the mobile to contact real insurance because you were our previous insurer at 211 cygnet drive Berkeley vale. in short I made at least 8 attempts to contact you during the first week but for some reason your computerized rubbish system refused to acknowledge my dial tones. guess what the consequences would be if this place had caught on fire. I think you need to update/upgrade your welcome to real insurance system so that potential customers can apply for insurance with confidence 24/7 cheers. joy hall.

Better quote than most companies with the same coverage
The lady who did the consultation was well versed on the product. But I found the process very long winded, compared to other insurance companies I contacted for a quote.

I was told that I would receive a paper copy of the policy in the mail. Ihave not received this yet. Or for the other policies I purchased.
