They never take no for an answer. If I actually wanted insurance cover I would call. Nothing worse than trying to work and concentrate and someone will not take no for an answer.

Great customer service. Very easy and quick to buy. The policy was explained very well over the phone. I was initially called to buy life insurance but because I am single and have no dependant, it was explained to me that I would benefit more from income protection or bill cover. Both insurances were explained to me and I chose the bill cover based on my needs.
