The guy I spoke to was lovely & very helpful. However he failed to call back as requested that night to complete my partners quote & questions. Most annoying was the excessive calls the following day while I was working - not one message left either.

The sales person was really good it was only when I rang back to cancel it I was very disapppinted to start with they switched me over to that department, was hold for a little while then they said they will call me back 5- 10 mins 40 mins later I had to call them again then got a very rude lady who wouldn’t take no as a answer. I was going to wait a couple of months and purchase the income protection but not now lost me as a customer

I spoke with a lady I think her name was Melisa 53 years old and an absolute wealth of information. She is a superstar! Love her work and her ability to engage. For a first time customer in income protection, she gave me all the tlc I needed. Fantastic customer experience. She is an asset!
