For a start had someone who understood and spoke Australian. Very pleasant in explaining the product. The down side is the misleading info re the wait period. It says 30 days and 90 days, it should say 60 days and 120 days as this is the actual wait period before you receive any benefit.

When ringing up for a quote we should not have to agree to terms and give banking details. You should just give quote & policy info and let us then decide if we want it. You say we have cooling off period but it is a hassle to get out of it (although we will be) mainly for this reason

I only wanted a quote and I was pushed and pushed and pushed to give my bank details even though three times I said I didn't want to give them... it was then the same to try and get a date out of me for the payment to be taken, even though again I said I only wanted a quote to compare... very very pushy and trying the hardshell... i am not impressed at all.
