Very thorough and made sure we were well informed. We have had difficulty getting insurance for my fiancé due to his sleep apnoea and although we couldn't get as much cover, they were still able to assist us at getting some cover. Was also patient when arranging a time where both my fiancé and I were both available. Very much appreciated.

I only wanted a quote and I was pushed and pushed and pushed to give my bank details even though three times I said I didn't want to give them... it was then the same to try and get a date out of me for the payment to be taken, even though again I said I only wanted a quote to compare... very very pushy and trying the hardshell... i am not impressed at all.
