Good prices on policies .
Don't just expect people to want to take out a policy with you, You start by asking a few questions and then before you know it "BAM we'll send out your policy to you in the next 3 - 5 working days", Try asking the customer if they want the cover first.

Financially doable. Though as with all insurance companies the clauses for payouts /financial help from insurance is ambiguous and can leave customers in a difficult situation.
The staff are friendly and knowledge wise. However it would be appreciated if staff could talk slower on the phone as a lot of the disclaimer info goes over people's heads as it is read too fast and can get misunderstood.
