Yes please- but I just spent 45 minutes talking to one of your staff and really got nowhere!
Disappointed that the monthly premium is higher than what I could get elsewhere. You have quoted me $103 a month and to meet my budget I have had to restrict my annual kms to 12000 kms. My budget target was $97 per month with 15000km maximum per year. My partner has said that if you cannot meet my target budget, she wants me to look elswhere. Her car insurance and our contents insurance are also with Real.

My call has been transferred between departments and no one answered and waited 15min and gave up, later I purchased policy my self. Company have to allocate additional resource to meet the customer demand.
